Kathy Lee is a tireless and extremely effective manager who is always ready to support, defend, and/or come to the rescue of any of her staff members at a moment's notice. She promotes a fun 'family atmosphere' at her office that helps to make the agents and clients feel right at home when they step into the door. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to all angles of real estate, from the psychology of working with clients during purchases and sales to negotiating the rapids of shorts sales and foreclosure properties, to the latest trends in technology and marketing, to pricing properties, and on and on. Personally, however, I feel that her greatest strength on an everyday level is with contracts. RE agents are typically people-oriented and tend to want to ignore the tricky and long-winded and labor-intensive bottom-line details that can really cause major snags in the homebuying/homeselling process. Kathy has an uncanny ability to stay on top of all of our deals. As has been said about her, Kathy's brain is a steel trap, and she rarely forgets even the smallest detail. This has been a major key to my relative success as a newcomer to this industry and I can't thank her enough for it! I should also mention that Kathy is one of the best managers I've had when it comes to keeping an eye out of opportunities that may suit the individual talents of the staff in her office. She has routinely found interesting and fruitful ways for me to get involved and stay involved in today's challenging market. About Kathy Lee
My career has included 34+ years of management. Previously, I managed the production, quality, processes and employees of an Engineering Department. Today, as the Regional Manager for the Concord office, my focus is to empower my associates to grow their business through knowledge, training, technology, coaching and business planning. I perceive that maintaining a motivational work environment is an essential ingredient in the recipe for growth and success in Real Estate sales. I am currently a Director on the Concord Board of REALTORS®. I also served as Chairperson for the Public Relations Committee on the board. I was also CRBR's REALTOR® of the Year for 2013. I am a Notary Public.
